BESM Arts & Commerce College Byadgi, Haveri It was established in 1984. The college was affiliated with KU, Dharwad to provide higher education to the students of the area, some young leaders of the town instituted the Byadgi Education Society as the students in the region, who were desirous of getting higher education, had to move to the distant towns. The college offers UG programs in the fields of Arts, Science, and Commerce. Admission and same is done based on the merit of the qualifying exam.
